An energy screening approval is not investment approval. Supporting documents remain private on the energy platform; upload the relevant evidence in Capital. Membership, publication fees and commission terms must be agreed separately. This transfer does not publish a listing or collect payment. Existing Capital drafts do not silently change when the energy proposal is revised.
