What the platform stores
Signed-in account identity and email; partner-profile information; project drafts, diagnostic answers and evidence notes; uploaded documents; introduction, membership and permitting requests; and review history.
Who can access it
Your project workspace is available to your account and authorized Pllana Capital reviewers. Uploaded documents are private and are not included in public listings. Published project summaries include the approved project’s industry, location, value, configuration, partnership model and permitting position.
Introduction requests
When you request an introduction and consent to contact sharing, your name, organization, message and signed-in email may be made available to the relevant project owner and Pllana Capital. No automated outbound email or investment transaction takes place.
External services
Email authentication and private evidence storage use Supabase. Workspace data is stored in PostgreSQL. Vercel hosts the application. Embedded company films and linked publications are delivered by their original hosts. Those services have their own privacy practices.
Correcting or withdrawing information
You can revise or archive your projects and withdraw a project from review. Revising a published project returns it to draft and removes it from public listing until a new review. Use the contact request for access, correction or deletion enquiries.
Commercial launch details
Final controller contact details, retention periods, processor arrangements and jurisdiction-specific privacy notices must be confirmed before broad public onboarding. The current site is a controlled pilot.
