PLATFORM SCOPE

Clear stages.
Clear responsibilities.

Publication and introductions

The platform supports project preparation, publication review, partner profiles and introduction requests within five eligible industries. It does not execute investments, issue securities, transfer funds or promise investment returns.

Publisher profiles

Partners and investors select industries and markets during onboarding and agree to the review and commercial framework. Profile approval is separate from project approval. Publication requires an approved profile and acceptance of the exact membership fee, billing period, commission rate, calculation basis and scope quoted by the team. New or materially edited profiles return to review. A replacement commercial quote clears acceptance and suspends new submissions until accepted.

5P review

A rules-based diagnostic identifies preparation gaps. A human reviewer decides whether to approve a project for publication. Publication is not planning permission, certification, a valuation, financial due diligence or a recommendation to invest.

Membership and commission

Commercial memberships and project-value-based success commissions require an agreed written mandate. Package prices, commission rates, calculation basis, taxes and the contractual success event must be confirmed. A request is not a paid subscription.

Proposed 5% project reservation deposit

For eligible projects with permitting on demand, the proposed deposit is 5% of total project value, as confirmed by the project owner and Pllana Capital. The website calculates the amount and records a request for terms. It does not collect or hold the deposit.

The proposed Pllana Capital project reservation account, account holder, custody or payment-provider arrangements, permitted use, release conditions, cancellation, refund process and dispute handling must be established in a signed agreement before money is transferred. A website request does not begin permitting.

Project information

Project owners are responsible for their submission, authority, rights, assumptions and disclosures. Private documents remain available only to the submitting account and authorized platform reviewers. Public summaries must not contain confidential information.

Group references and future plans

Group portfolio references describe project or strategic context and do not imply an open investment offer. Pipeline projects and future plans are identified as such. Specifications, permitting, availability and investment terms require project-specific confirmation.

Before commercial launch

Contracting entities, applicable jurisdictions, financial-services permissions where required, investor eligibility, payment arrangements, final commercial agreements and operational review procedures must be confirmed before regulated transactions or client-money handling are enabled.
